The sites and sounds of Jamaica

March 24th, 2005

The Jamaica trip is coming up quick, and I am counting the days. It is, let’s see…31 days until we leave. That’s 31 days too many, to be sure. I still have arrangements to take care of, but it just can’t come soon enough! It’s still a month away! And to top it off just about everyone at work is currently on vacation, or soon-to-be on vacation, in a sunny destination of some sort, making the image of beaches much more prescient.

In order to quell my excitedness, I’ve been surfing, checking out pics of the soon-to-be island of our wedding. Check out some bliss right here. That water is freaking me out, it can’t really be that blue, can it? I think this sums it up entirely. Ok, I’m going to go back to the real world now and get some rest, it’ll be 30 days until we leave soon…

Lots of stuff still to do for the trip…things to be organized, purchased, etc. But I figure we’re doing okay for still being a month away. Lots of stuff left to do is stuff I can’t do until about a week away anyway, so it’s all good. It has been fun to go read the message board on www.negril.com and view the pics that some people have been posting. Makes me more anxious to get to the beach and just chill.
