This is crazy. It seems that a “world” created by a group of players in a massively multiplayer online game (World of Warcraft) contained a creature that infected players with a devestating plauge. To add insult to injury, the plauge was contagious and ended up spreading outside the world to other players in other worlds of the game. The plauge was created to be incureable by any spells or items available to the players, so there was no defense to thwart it.

Here it is, exhibit A demonstrating the undeniable fact that gamers are taking over the world. These are my kind of people…
