The Reluctant Shopper

I made the proclamation earlier this week that I was not interested and had no intention of going out and doing much shopping over Thanksgiving weekend. Well, Saturday came around and as we were leaving to meet a friend for an early breakfast I was informed by my wife that she was going to “take me to a special store in the county” after breakfast. Sounded like shopping to me. Indeed, we didn’t get home until the early afternoon.
