Human Evolution Website

Completed in 2002

The Human Evolution Website project was a collaborative effort between biology professor David Alles and myself with the goal of presenting the most recent picture of the story of human evolution. The goal of the site was to present David’s extensive research and writing in this area in a rich format on the web.

I was responsible for the following:

  • Graphics/Imagery: I designed all of the visual assets of the site using imagery provided by David as well as original artwork.
  • User Interface/Interaction: I designed and developed all of the user interface elements of the site.
  • Flash: I designed a Flash-based navigation tool that provides links to every location on the site using sophisticated roll-over behaviors.
